I cannot recommend GoRdon as he iS a Property Manager from Hell here at Eastwoods Apts on 82 Street!🔥😡🔥He has put me through Great Trauma foR many reasons, has had hiS Caretaker Jessie Trespass into apts on hiS behalf😡, pluS iS now puttinG me through Major Grief because he and hiS Caretaker haVe failed to tell me my BuZZer Code so that I can BuZZ someone up to brinG me Groceries because I haVe mobility issues!😥😡I haVe prayed to GoD to take hiS Business from him as he was not honorable to me several times...pluS put him through Great Grief x10 foR all the bS that I haVe to endure because I was essentially held in a "Unique Hostage Situation" last year for 38 days when he took hiS friggen Sweet time gettinG a DruG Fiend out of here who was usinG illegal DruGs and who tried to get into my apt x2!😥😡I am now going to be seekinG legal action against him to see if a Court can put him in Jail!👍Overall RatinG -2,000,000 out of 10! - Sandra K

Gord is an amiable block but not terribly experienced. He seems to tell you what you want to hear, not what you need to know and should know! I would tend to look for somebody else with a better track record or somebody that does not exclusively sell for Langham properties (Developer).

What a creep! This guy and his wife seem to have cornered the condo market in Edmonton and why, I don't know! They work as a team and are complete sleaze bags which denigrates the entire industry. I have used mainly Terrie but on occasion Gord stepped in when Terrie was not available and will never use or endorse their services. They certainly know how to give good lip service but their crossing the 'i's and dotting the 't's is completely lacking, somewhat sloppy. I get the impression that Gord would rather be in the gym and Terrie would rather be getting restylane and botox shots and her lips injected at the dermatologist then shoot over to Holt Renfrew for another Louis Vuitton rather than studying up on real estate law.
