I immediately grew to consider Ietje as an authentic trusted person in my life, as she seemed kind, confident and resourceful. Soon she manipulated several real estate transactions less to my benefit than hers, despite my reduced means on disability pension, in less than a decade, for I believe a total of about $100K commission for her realty and herself. When a change was required by me, as I took charge, she deeply struggled to relinquish control and sometimes outright did not follow instructions. Duped me to provide a short term emergency loan of my minor child’s substantial back pay $10K government reimbursement the very week I received it, when she told me frantically in the car the CRA had frozen her accounts as she created when we were alone together. She immediately used that money for hair, brows, and cash tips to people. I couldn’t believe it. Promised in an angry way to pay my minor child’s $10K back in increments as able but despite approximately a year passing haven’t received a cent back. Appears Ietje has done several real estate transactions since the $10K emergency loan so draw your own conclusions as to her honesty. - Christina Ingrid Bergman
