Ira and Mario are the most professional and reliable people in real estate I’ve known till now. Wish I knew them earlier. My house was exceptionally staged, presented, taken care of, shown, open housed, and sold all within a couple weeks of listing on the market. They provided deep insight, professional opinions and really timely communication. The biggest value to me is that all of this was done when I was physically away from the country! During the whole time I felt that I could give them my complete trust. During negotiation Ira and Mario really took their time to fight for their client, for the highest price possible, and provided great advice, so that the seller can make the best decision.
