This is the second time we've worked with Irina. The first time we were buying a home during COVID-19 when the market was absolutely insane, prices were high, and most homes were unreachable for us. Irina worked magic, and we bought a perfect home in 2020. Now, when we decided it was a great time to upgrade, the market was literally cold and asleep. So, we watched the magic happen again. With only two offers available, Irina managed to do something unbelievable. The "sold" sign is here! Why work with Irina? First, she listens and helps you find exactly what you're looking for. Second, she helps and does her best, and even more, to make you successful. Oh, yes, she knows what you should improve to sell your home, or what's an average price to fix problems when you're looking for your new home. Highly recommended! - The King family
