Irina Glikshtern

Irina helped us to buy our first ever house. We were pleased with provided service and knowledge. Irina holds a first hand knowledge about house construction and renovation, and that knowledge came to a hand during house showings. She could provide cost estimations for some defects she found or changes we wanted, making the "go/no go" decision much easier and educated. We didn't feel any pressure as well, like we did with some other realtors. She just did a very good job of finding and showing us houses that we liked, while the decision to buy was totally ours. When we already was living in a house for a while and encountered issues, she was very responsive and suggested professionals who solved these issues. All in all we are happy we met Irina and worked with her. I would definitely recommend her as great realtor. - Boris

We contacted Irina while were still abroad before our actual immigration in order to buy a house before our arrival. Irina is a great professional in her area. After few shows completely understood what we are looking for. Our feelings were that Irina is looking to buy a house for herself and succeeded to find the best matching house of our dreams. Moreover, Irina is very nice, polite and very responsible, there weren't even one quickly unanswered question or unclear point during the whole process. For us, she is the best agent in the city. Looking forward to work with her again in the future. - Pavel

No one sale faster than her, and it was a hard sale, condo market is hard, I tried a few agents and didn't, and she did. The open house that she did was responsible and clean, nothing was missing, and there was not a lot of back and forth negotiations. It was a smooth transition. - James Tse

She is amazing at her job. Takes time to explain problems the property's may have. Always goes over and above to ensure we are buying the right place. I would not even consider calling anyone else - Shaun

Irina has a work ethic that is hard to find in this day & age. She went above & beyond our expectations. She made herself available to meet our time schedule. She was very thorough in researching properties we were interested in & not afraid to get her hands dirty to show us any pitfalls once we were on site. She is not the kind of agent to just unlock the door & let the customer wander through the property. Irina points out the pros & cons of every room, then gives the customer their privacy so they can make their decision. We will continue to use Irina in the future & highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. - Adrienne
