In Jamie-Lynn's Own Words:
Jamie-Lynn Gillis | REALTOR® | Royal LePage Atlantic
Local Knowledge. Honest Advice. Genuine Relationships.
Real estate is more than buying and selling homes. It's about people and relationships. It's about helping you make confident decisions during some of life's biggest milestones.
With over 20 years of experience in the housing industry spanning real estate and property management as well as construction and design; I bring valuable knowledge and a unique perspective to every transaction.
Proudly serving Halifax and surrounding Nova Scotia communities. I enjoy helping first-time homebuyers and experienced sellers as well as investors and those relocating to our beautiful province.
My approach is simple: relationships first and real estate second.
I'm hands-on and detail-oriented with a genuine passion for helping people. I believe in honest advice and open communication without pressure. I treat my clients the way I'd want my own family treated with patience and respect along with a little humor!
For sellers I combine strategic pricing with professional marketing and strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible results. For buyers I look beyond the finishes to help you understand a property's true potential and value.
I'm proud to be recognized among the Top 10% of Royal LePage REALTORS® in Canada. However my greatest reward is the trust my clients place in me and the lasting relationships we build along the way.
Whether you're buying or selling I'd love the opportunity to help you make your next move with confidence!
