Jeff Arnason was the best real estate agent we could possibly have hoped for! He was so informative, prepared, and honest with us, he was tireless in showing us every house we wanted to see, and proactively found properties he felt would be right for us. He would even bring coffee for us when we had a big day of open houses! We met Jeff Arnason back in 2001 he was just a new agent at REMAX and full of energy. We have literally followed him monthly at our kitchen table since then and bought and sold 6 times with him since then. He isn't arrogant like we found with some agents he's friendly down to earth and honest.. He has walked us into homes and said don't take off your shoes you aren't buying this.. Normally he was always right we wouldn't or shouldn't. We love working with him, buyers trust him and so do sellers. When your selling the largest investment of your life he makes it look easy with all his reports and data he provides you to make a good decision. We first met Jeff at one of his open houses. He was very busy with all the buyers walking thru and were happy with how he managed to balance everyone and make them all feel important with every question they asked. With that we waited and got our chance to talk to him with our questions. We were very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the home and area competition. We had seen some future concerns around the home and said he had already looked into the and owner explained them too him and filled out a disclosure form and showed us that too. Unlike most agents we had met the answers for us. We had him sell our home and he had again nothing but success we interviewed three agents and chose him. His use of the Internet and print advertising got our home SOLd the first week and for top dollar.. More than asking. We couldn't have been happier and this home has been great.
