Townhome Transaction in Manayunk, Philadelphia | Jul 2025
I worked with Jeff to get quotes on homeowners insurance while purchasing a new home. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process—always quick to return calls and emails, and ready with clear answers to our questions. Although my family ultimately decided to purchase directly from the insurance company, Jeff stood by our side and ensured we were still receiving the best coverage available. Even after we let him know we wouldn’t be using his services, he generously reviewed the policies we were considering and provided invaluable insight into the coverage details. Jeff proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right policy—even if it means recommending another provider. He is a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy agent with the utmost integrity. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for an insurance agent who puts your needs first and delivers exceptional service. - Doug
Home Transaction in Edgewater, Chicago | Feb 2023
I can’t attest to his job knowledge, he’s generally unresponsive. He’ll be attentive until you sign a policy, then ghost you on all issues after that. - C Heston
Doesn't return emails or phone call, know very little about what policies you need for your home. He tries to blame his lack of work and communication on misfiled emails or when you sent them. - Joe
