Jeff Sands went above and beyond for the sale of our home. Genuinely, and while I would advise not everyone expect this - he did what we thought was impossible. Our mortgage was up for renewal and our daughter had finished school, so we needed to sell our investment property/house that she was staying at. There was about a month we had - we wanted to get it on the market by the end of September, but really needed it to close before the first of November. The odds were slim to none that this would happen and we basically accepted that it just wouldn’t because of the short window.
