Like many other young couples, COVID made buying a home for the first time seem impossible. Jie completed her promise, sold my property over asking. Property trading is difficult and lost for me. Jie assisted me with her professional suggestions and testable experiences. She starts with property status checking, market researching, value assessment, and then find a professional staging team who dress up my place into an elegant warm home. It was my first time know my place can be such pretty, and I want to keep living in here (too bad I cannot). Jie and I planned to show the property for 11 days, but we received offers in the 5th day. It was a lot work to do and very hard to balance self-life and showing at the same time. The early offer rescued me, and the final offer price is impressive.
