I recently worked with Jordan to sell my house and couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. From our initial meeting I could tell that he was professional, really knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, but also really easygoing and a guy you could grab some beers with. Jordan provided me with really great advice to get my house in showing condition, and it really paid off. The marketing campaign he put together for the house was really impressive- from the drone footage he shot himself, to the professional photos and website that was created just for my house. Once the house was actually listed we had 15 showings and it was sold in 2 days for over our asking price! Jordan Goodfellow is an amazing agent who worked with us to find our perfect home, was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole process. We were first time home buyers and were worried about how complicated the process might be but Jordan made sure that the process was easy as it could be guiding us at every stage and making sure we were well informed and happy at every stage. I must say he goes above and beyond and his support doesn't end after you close, we had a small mishap with a sump pump resulting in a flooded basement on closing day and he was there the next day with pool pump and other equipment to get the water out and helped us with getting the insurance claim submitted by the sellers since it happened before closing. He did keep on checking with us until the claim was settled etc..
