Working with June Wharrie was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, she showed zero initiative, zero care, and even less respect for her clients. She constantly missed calls, ignored messages, and acted like following up was beneath her. It felt like we were chasing her for every single update — completely unacceptable for someone claiming to be a professional. Her knowledge of the market was embarrassingly outdated, and her advice? Useless at best, misleading at worst. She made us feel like a burden rather than a client. The only thing consistent about June was her attitude: lazy, dismissive, and borderline hostile. If you want a realtor who makes the entire process harder, less efficient, and 10 times more frustrating, she’s perfect. Otherwise, avoid her like your life depends on it. - Ryan Ronalds
