Highly recommended. I'm not sure if this woman ever sleeps. We have moved many times over the years and dealt with our fair share of real estate agents. I have never met anyone like Kandas. Not only did she do everything required in a more than timely manner, but she also went above and beyond. For example, when it came to arranging a home inspection, sewer, gas survey, etc, she recommended people but also gave us the option to have her just take care of everything. The process of buying our dream home was incredibly painless. As she says, it's her job to make the experience as stress free as possible. Which is not really true. I've seen many an agent do the bare minimum and run. It would be terrific if there were more agents like Kandas out there. But luckily, I do not have to worry about that because I have already found her. Seriously, she knows real estate. She knows the city. She knows people.
