Karina was amazing! I should have listened to her from the beginning. I have bought and sold over 20 properties in my lifetime and I thought I was smarter than my realtor and the market. I was wrong and Karina was right about the pricing. If I had to do it over again I would have listened to the expert. She helped was price the home to sell and guided us along in this unusual market. Then the unexpected happened at the last minute (well 5 minutes before closing) the deal fell apart. We were devastated.
