Karl Lueders outright lied at my closing to facilitate the sale. We had found issues at the final walkthrough that needed to be addressed (new damage to the home) and he said it would be taken care of. We have emails that show that we made it clear that if the items were not dealt with, we would walk. The next day at closing he made sure I could not ask the seller anything by telling everyone I had requested a separate closing. this being my first home purchase I had no idea what a separate closing was and had no idea that being in different rooms wasn't normal. I asked him if the problems were resolved and he told me everything was taken care of, another lie. The sale was only completed because he lied. His managing broker Gretchen Faber, who is also the NAR director for the Denver Board of Realtors knows he lied and she is stonewalling us.
Just do a search on this guys name, you'll find many many reasons to go with just about any other Realtor out there. He is immature, he is dishonest, he does whatever he has to do to make the sale happen, at the detriment to his own client. Then he tries to cover everything up by posting fake reviews on yelp and he even posted one for himself till Yelp banned him. Why put yourself in harms way, look elsewhere.
