Did not give good advice on price strategy. Led to 3 months listed without a single offer. When I asked for feedback there was no reply for days. When my questions were answered it was by someone I had never met before. I ultimately switched realtors. Her assistant was indignant and rude despite the fact they had not produced any leads. To be fair to Lorraine, it is her assistant that showed a complete lack of professionalism. It none-the-less reflects poorly on Lorraine... Needless to say, my new realtor offered good advice on pricing, and staging. He also contacts me proactivly, and has brought 2 offers within a week. A stark contrast between Lorraine and my current realtor. Choose your realtor wisely... - peter
