I listed my property in Rockland just after DND moved to the west end. I went with a different realtor after interviewing a few from different interviews. We met Maha at an open house and connected immediately. There is a true value on connecting with your realtor as selling and buying a house is a major life transaction. Our property in Rockland did not move during the first 6 months and we removed it from the market. The following year we listed with Maha and although the market in Rockland was suffering she managed to land us a few offers. We did sell and then had to find a house in Orleans. Maha and her team have fantastic personalities and are easy going. When she was with us she did not take other calls and focused on our needs. Does this prevent her from answering calls all the time I would guess. The more face to face meetings you have with her the less she is able to be on the phone. That is courtesy, I cannot say that about all the other realtors out there.
