Marcel is an outstanding realtor. I found him through this website and the reviews were true! Marcel is great at what he does. He knows the market very well and helped us get over asking for the sell of our home. He also helped us land our dream home in a very competitive market. I would absolutely recommend him. If I can be critical though, I did feel that he was sometimes too busy (I guess it’s the price you pay for working with the best?). He was supposed to send me our listing for review before it went live and didn’t. There were issues with some of the information presented and some missing information. He did amend them as soon as I brought it to his attention though. Our experience with Marcel was very positive! You instantly received a full price offer but we couldn't come to terms with the seller of the property you wanted.
