Working with Mark was by far the best experience we have had working with a realtor and he was able to get the full value out of the sale of our home. Our sale and subsequent purchase had a lot of dependencies with very tight timelines and Mark was able to successfully manage them all to put us into the house we wanted in the timeline we needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn't hesitate to help us set realistic expectations. I can't say enough good things about Mark Barnes and his team. He was professional, extremely helpful, and really knows the market. He and his team assisted with staging our home and the video they took of the house and the pictures were outstanding.
