This is the second time we have used Mark Elliott as our Realtor. The first time we were first time home buyers. This time around we were selling our home and purchasing our forever home. Very quickly into the process we realized that buying and purchasing properties at the same time can be a very complicated and stressful experience. This is where Mark stands out from the others. Mark was a calming influence; he was always just a phone call away. Conversations with Mark always made us feel upbeat. Mark is a tremendous communicator and because of this it gave us the confidence to trust the sales process and the plan he put forth for us. Mark is a Realtor who always looks out for the best interest of his clients. He will not stop working hard for his clients, and he goes beyond the expectations of his clients. Trusting Mark's strategy ended up working better then we could have ever imagined. We sold our house in a very competitive condo market at the price we wanted to sell it at. We were amazed at the efforts put in by Mark and his team during the selling process. The staging of our condo, the pictures and the video that he created was second to none. When we were selling our condo we were looking at other townhouse listings and I can honestly say that the other listings were not even remotely close to looking as professional as ours. The marketing strategy that Mark created on social media, and through the brochure he created were another highlight that drove interest in our condo. Mark and his team at Sotheby's invested so much of their resources in selling our property! We bought our dream home in a neighbourhood that we never thought was possible for us. Our son has an amazing backyard with a swing set that he is obsessed with. He will be going to one of the top schools in St. Catharines. He loves the fact the carousel is within walking distance! We would like to thank Mark for his hard work, honesty, and dedication. Thank you for setting us up for many years of enjoyment in our new house!
