no follow-up to 3rd request from lawyer for purchase agreement. no updates re: market -open house -no reply no follow -up where are the garage door openers no follow-up - sellers left shed full of junk did not notify buyers of our house, delay for a trim that had to be replaced no booking for exit cleaning. 12 hrs before we were leaving-MARK DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR IT. no support when buyers for our house on Talos, Richmond came back at the 11th hr wanting to hold back money. Mark did nothing to support us during this stressful time, called him at 9:15 -2p.m. still no reply, he did nothing. Mark turned the experience into a very stressful time.
