When different people review the same deal, our system shows their reviews as paired reviews. You can correct a review's details once yourself. If it still needs a change after that, please contact support.

Every review on Rate-My-Agent.com is put through a strict three-part verification process to ensure authenticity and accuracy.

Human moderators check each review manually. If they detect red flags, they investigate further.

Step 2 - Technical Forensics

We use proprietary forensic tools to detect fake or manipulated reviews. Evidence is collected to meet legal standards for court use.

Step 3 - Community Oversight

Clients and agents can flag suspicious reviews. This adds peer-level accountability and transparency.

How do addresses work?

Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.

You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.

Why do I need to edit addresses?

Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. You can correct a review's address once. After that, email support.

Will addresses be displayed on the rating?

No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
