I engaged Michael to sell my condo. During the initial walkthrough he recommended some much needed changes prior to listing but it was more than I had expected and it took longer than I thought it would to complete the work. He obviously knew what he was doing because our buyer walked through 23 hours after the property was listed and we had a signed unconditional offer from them that evening. While we had to provide the buyer with a 3-week extension on the purchase date (mid April closing), the offer is still firm and Michael handled all the paperwork.
