Working with Michael was an absolute pleasure! From the beginning, he was consistently communicative, keeping me informed every step of the way without me ever having to chase him down for updates. What stood out most was how he advocated for me throughout the process. He was assertive when it mattered, knowledgeable about the market and always patient with my questions, no matter how many I had! His positivity and sense of humour made what was a stressful time for me so much easier. I also really appreciated his creative problem solving. Whenever a challenge came up, he found ways to look at it from a different angle and come up with solutions I wouldn't have thought of on my own.
