We went with the Michael and the KML realty team, who provided top notch service and results! The KML team offers "fully service" realty, which is truly the case. Michael was knowledgeable about the current market, offered helpful suggestions, provided great support, and was responsive to any questions. The "full service" provided by the KML team included house cleaning, staging, as well as access to their expanded team (lawn and yard care, painting, contractors, etc). The sale went very well, we achieved the selling price we sought, and the entire transaction was completed quickly thanks to their knowledge and recommendations. My spouse first met Michael a few years ago at an open house that Michael was hosting. They chatted and we decided to work with him when we were buying. Michael showed him several houses that were in our criteria, but we ended up buying the one where they first met. We were pleased with his excellent service. Last month, I had to sell the house of a family member. I asked Michael to come and give me a valuation of the house, which he happily did with no obligation. I thought the selling price that he recommended was very high, but he had done the research and knows the market, so I went with it. He also predicted many showings, many offers, and he predicted the house would be sold within a week. Again, I was skeptical, but he was exactly right about everything; the final sale price was 112% of asking price, there were 15+ offers and the house was sold in three days. I have bought and sold houses in three provinces and have worked with many agents (both terrible and great). Michael is one of the great ones! - E
