A good realtor on the buy side is really able to narrow down the number of properties you view. Mike respected my time and put great effort in behind the scenes to make sure that we weren't out wasting our time when looking at properties. I looked at a total of 3 properties and the 3rd one was it. I have used realtors in the past that just showed me their own personal listings first and then a bunch of other properties that didn't have half of the things I told them I was looking for. I highly recommend working with Mike if you would like to save time, avoid frustration and find the right house for you.
