Property Sale in Edmonton, AB |
Michelle was extremely rude, unprofessional, pushy and unethical. She misrepresented the terms of a deal when writing it up and then misrepresented what the terms meant. She conveniently "forgot" the details of our agreement but then recalled other details. Then she tried to blame me for having signed the document she wrote and misrepresented saying that I must have agreed to the terms because I signed it (???wtf???). Then she said she'd take care of it when I pressed, saying she'd contact me the next day. Her only contact was an email that said she'd 'made a few calls' and was sure she would hear back "tomorrow" and would call me. Funny - she stalled until right before the closing date and never call me back although she had both my cell and home numbers. So much for the Realtor's code of ethics. If you ever wonder why you pay thousands of dollars for a Realtor to act in your best interests - wonder some more. I paid Michelle thousands to represent my best interests - which to her must have translated to - I paid her thousands so she could rip me off and misrepresent herself. The Terry Paranych Team must be proud!

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
