Mike Calverly

Mike is a pleasure to work with. He was willing to look at all kinds of houses with me and was very unbiased in every house we looked at speaking up to draw my attention to one thing or another, but never telling me what I should think or do allowing me the freedom to make my own decisions with out pressure one way or the other. After working with Mike for about a 2 months looking at different houses and finally making an offer on a house, my job situation changed rapidly and I needed to move from the city, Mike was very understanding even though he had done all that work for me and had not gotten payed because i did not buy a house. I asked Mike to refer me to another real estate in the area I was moving to and I am really happy with the referral. Mike is the epitome of a professional! He makes sure you understand everything there is about his role as an agent and he also makes sure that you are comfortable with your role as a seller. Mike is completely transparent and there is no under- handedness with this agent. He is just a class act all the way. With his assistance, my condo was placed for sale with his agency and it was sold within one week and that was in late October! So, don't be afraid to list your property in the Autumn season because any season is a good season to sell if you have a good agent and other good factors behind you. Initially, I was a bit reluctant to go with an agent because I just did not want to pay the fees but because of Mike's terrific professionalism and his unique wording of my Advert for my condo, I feel that he saved me several thousands of dollars that I would have paid in my mortgage, condo fees and I will also now receive my property taxes back!
