I am very thankful for Milad Kamkar's professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. He made himself available to me always - email, or cell phone, with quick responses and quick calls which I appreciated the most. Milad even stayed in touch after his part as a broker was done, he followed up through my 1st mortgage deduction/debited. I am grateful for all of Milad's work he devoted to my purchase of this home. Being new in Canada, without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Milad was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information I needed to make the right decision. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate within 3 days as I had very less days to closing.
