My wife and I met Myles a few years ago at an Open House he was hosting in Toronto. We were in the early stages of looking to buy a home in Toronto. Friendly and and engaging at the outset but with a good way about him; knowledgeable and helpful. Not a hint of a hard sell. Ours was a long term view; we live abroad but were interested establishing a Toronto base. There was no imperative to acting quickly on our part. We were less than an ideal client. All the same, over the following year and a half Myles would send us listings and engage us for thoughts without hurrying us along. He developed a keen sense of exactly what we were after. During this time he also helped us to gain some comfort with the Toronto market. He would visit properties for us and give us candid insight all without any great sense that we would buy a place any time soon. A few months ago he sent us a listing that fit the bill for us perfectly. In addition to the usual background information on the listing and details on comps he was straight in with a site visit that he captured on video for us. He also organised a contractor to visit the home to give us a sense of renovation options and costs. In the matter of a few short days we bought the home sight unseen. When we were finally able to visit, it was exactly as described. Since we bought the place Myles has continued to help us and routinely offers to assist with no direct benefit to him. I am comfortable in fully recommending Myles to anyone looking for a realtor in the Toronto area. - Drew Dinsmore
