If you are looking for a top-class realtor, look no further than Nav! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of anxiety. Nav was extremely reassuring and kept our spirits high in the current daunting housing market. He made sure to address all our concerns promptly and patiently. Nav is a true team player. He is very professional, communicative, and overall just a very nice person. He always made us feel supported and valued. A few things we really appreciated about Nav in each stage of our home-buying process are: 1. Initial discussion - Nav patiently heard our requirements and helped us figure out what was most important to us. He helped us come up with a strategy for which neighborhoods to target given our budget and requirements from the house. 2. Discovery stage - Nav was very prompt in providing us insights about the homes we were interested in viewing. He is analytical and thoughtful in his approach. This helped us shortlist potential properties to view, which allowed us to make the most of our time on the open house days. 3. Open houses - Nav was with us every step of the way. He was never pushy, and provided us the relevant information (sales data, neighborhood insights and prospects, etc) to help us decide whether to make an offer. He is very likable and polite, which goes a long way when interacting with seller’s agents. 4. Preparing the offer - Being first-time buyers, we did not understand a lot of aspects of the offer documents. Nav didn’t only educate us on reading the strata documents, but also thoroughly went through them himself to point out any potential concerns. With such a competitive market where subject-free offers are the norm, we wanted to make sure that we got a pre-offer inspection done. Nav helped us organize the inspection at very short notice and made sure that he was present when going over the results. This really helped us put our minds at ease before making the offer. He also helped us review the personal letter, which we believe helped tip the scales in our favor on the offer day. 5. Offer day - Nav helped us come up with a reasonable offer based on his experience and analysis. He is the sole reason we did not overbid and act out of emotions when deciding on the offer price. He proactively kept in touch with the seller’s agent to gauge interest before submitting the offer, as well as to get updates afterwards. He was very positive and helped us keep calm while we were waiting to be informed of the decision. Nav has been extremely helpful in our home searching and purchasing process! We didn’t know Nav before, nor he was referred by someone we know. We just looked for a realtor close to our home, through Google Map, and tried our luck. We sent our email in the evening, and got reply in the same day, the responsiveness already impressed us. After the first call, he knew we made the right choice. We had no home purchase experience, and was too busy to do our homework, but Nav explained everything to us patiently in details. Many of which is new to us, or something we didn’t think important. Talking to him really helped us making the right choice. We were searching in the subsequent weeks. Nav set up an automatic update system for us, so we didn’t need to look up websites every day. We soon narrowed down the home we want. The seller (agent) was unfortunately bothersome: she was not knowledgeable about the condition of the property, was reluctant to initiate communication between us and seller, and was sometimes rude. To be honest, we were pretty stressful at that time, the seller side seemed to be unreasonable. Thankfully, Nav was very responsible, he read through all documents for us, looking for answers of our questions and replied quick, spent lengthy time to communicate with the annoying selling agent, and tried his best to negotiate and keep the deal alive. Finally our offer was accepted, but the completion date is a bit inconvenient (end of year). Nav spent a bit of effort to find a lawyer to work with us. He also contact the strata for us to take care the mess that the seller left, and even took the keys from the seller agent who was stuck in bad weather on the hand over day. Thanks for Nav’s professionalism, patience, and hard works, we end up having our wonderful home without too much trouble. We are happy to recommend to Nav to everyone. - Kero Lau

It's hard to find an agent who prioritizes your needs over making a sale. Nav was patient, knowledgeable and consistent with his communication. He's someone you can actually trust in this industry. There were times where my husband and I wanted to move forward with a sale and he advised us against it, knowing it would not be in our best interest. We recently purchased our first home in Canada and we are so happy Nav was our realtor helping us in this process. Since we met him for the first time, my wife and I felt Nav was a really nice guy with whom we were able to establish a great rapport. The main things we liked about him and that we could confirm throughout the whole process were: that he is a very honest person (which is something hard to find in the real-estate industry), his approach is to not be pushy, he was always having a very friendly attitude, was very professional, punctual and kept to his commitments, he was always making himself available to schedule viewings and accompany us, he was providing us regular updates on the situation of the market, he was able to recommend us a really nice mortgage specialist with whom we got an amazing rate!, the house inspector and the notary he recommended were also really good and professional. Moreover, Nav was very good at understanding the value of a property and coming up with an appropriate offer; likewise, he was an amazing negotiator during the purchasing process, which was something we really appreciated as things can/will become stressful; he was always looking for our best interest while at the same time being fair and respectful with the sellers and their agent. In addition to all this, the fact that Nav is originally Persian (although he grew up in Canada) means he is a warm and friendly person, which was one of the main characteristics we were looking in a realtor. A true real estate expert, helped me sell my home in a record, 8 days. Highly recommend him as he is very hard working and organized.
