I recently purchased a townhouse, by myself and first time home buyer. I felt extremely stressed out. I did meet with 3 realtors before finding the one that made me feel most condident and comfortable with! The other realtor would just set you up on a site that would filter properties based on your filters… Nora is an amazing realtor, she will go above and beyond for you. Hand pick properties for you, contact sellers with questions beforehand, have all your little details and interests in mind. Sun direction was huge for me, she would make sure to not propose houses that were not facing direction I wanted. She has no obligation to do everything she has done for me and went way out of services people would do whatsoever but we have built a friendship during these past 4 months finding a house for me.
