I drove all the way from Montreal to view a property at 758 Kinstead, Ottawa, and the realtor never showed up. Nobody informed the tenant or me beforehand. When I called, instead of apologizing, the agent blamed me and said I should have called before leaving Montreal. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly handled. The way I was spoken to was rude and unacceptable, especially after wasting hours of my time and travel.
