STAY CLEAR!!! I would honestly give this man and his agency a zero if it were possible. He advertised his own property for lease via MLS and Re/Max. I enquired and viewed the house. I was told some work was going to be completed before I moved in. I signed a lease for March 1 and paid first and last month's rent ($3,800) and set up house insurance and utilities. He literally started renovating the house the week prior to my move and continually delayed me from moving in. I finally demanded the keys on March 6 and inspected the house. Many areas were still in renovation with tools and debris throughout. The garage was full. I could not move in. I told him I was going away for the weekend and would be returning to begin my move on Monday, March 9. He assured me they would work through the weekend to have it ready. On Monday, I rented a truck, loaded it and went to the house to find that nothing had been done over the weekend and I was unable to move in yet again. I returned to my current home and unloaded my belongings into my garage and returned the truck. I also canceled my movers last minute. In the end....my lawyer got involved. Patrick would not allow me to cancel the lease nor would he offer my refund in full. I'm out of pocket $3,800 plus utilities, insurance, and legal fees because of dealing with this person. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER , if it was possible option I would give him zero. Patrick DelDuca, a real estate broker from REMAX in Niagara Falls, booked my moving company through U-Haul for March 16. We were two workers and did the full 8-hour job as agreed. He was supposed to pay us $400 but said the U-Haul system was slow and promised to release the payment later. We trusted him and left, but after that, he stopped answering our calls. Even my friend Rahul tried calling, but he ignored us. Later, he called just to insult us, said we were harassing him, and threatened to call the police, then blocked our numbers. This was very unprofessional and dishonest. Please be careful—do not trust him, as he didn’t pay for the work and treated us very badly. - Surain surain
