Door knob team member !! Brendan Smith held himself out to be a seasoned professional agent as we found out later this was his first house he sold. We spoke to his first boss that fired him as he was a no doing as directed. If I knew then what I know now about Princess Manor it would different - courts will help us for sure - brendan smith

Reply:    Hi there! I believe we both know who you are. Please don't forget that you were originally referred to by your uncle to help you look for a house. We had a meeting and then you went dark. You actually didn't fire me as I don't believe we signed a contract. The home you purchased and are referring to you did so with Brendan during the time he worked at PSR Brokerage and wasn't even on my team. You also bought in the height of the market in April 2017. If you look at the statistics the Market in that area has not even rebounded to the levels of when you purchased, although you continually list at levels of 20% plus above what you paid. Now you are posting this garbage. I wish you all the best with selling your home.
