Our 1st home purchase in Ottawa came with a laundry list of requirements on a very tight budget. Paula took up the challenge and ran with it! Not only did she find us the perfect house in our preferred area but it came in under budget. That allowed us to make the necessary "mobility" renovations we needed. Ten years down the road, as empty nesters, we found ourselves rattling around in our 6 bedroom house. Paula to the rescue once again! She recommended a stager & contractor to do some upgrades & then chose the perfect time and price to list our home. Within 2 weeks our home sold for top dollar!
