DO NOT deal with Peter Campitelli. I went to go pickup the lease agreement from this realtor and he pretty much yelled at me the entire time. No real clue why. Treated me like sh*t the moment I got into the door. Next day I received a letter from my agent asking for mutual release, sent by peter. This is 3 DAYS before move in. Can you believe it? No explanation why. On the release it said deposit goes to him all $5,800 of it. Yeah right Peter, this guy is a scam artist. - Kevin Parker
