Raj was highly recommended to us so we put all our trust into him. We were first time home buyers, in a rush and knew nothing about Real Estate. Unfortunately, every home we saw (5 in total), he did not really guide us and help us identify potential issues (short term or long term); he mostly stood there and watched us look; any spots or things we brought up as a potential issue, he dismissed as easily fixable. Mould was seen on walls before closing. He did not advise us on what options we had at that point (e.g. withdraw from purchase?). Had we known our rights and possibilities, we would not have bought this house, but we didn't know that was an option. His Inspector did not point out key defaults of the house either. All in all, this house was bought under asking, but has been costing us more than what we saved on purchase price, we believe because he did not help us using his expertise. Things he promised he would check or look after, he didn't. Sellers agent was rude as well, and witholdig information. In our case, Raj did a very poor job for a Licenced Agent. We learned our lesson the hard way. We now know what we want in an Agent representing us. - Andrea

We even told Raj that we are not ready yet to buy or sell and we didn’t want to waste his time.
