We scoured realtor reviews for quite a while before we settled with Renee Young and we couldn't be happier. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and proactive. We'd share a list of homes that we were just interested in chatting about and before we knew it, Renee was sending us videos of them and providing extensive insight on the home, area, and future potential. We were looking for a home we could slowly renovate ourselves to turn a profit in a few years, and Renee queued into that quickly, identifying which homes and areas were best to flip. Renee stays very in tune with market data and analytics, and understands the legal side or realty much better than most realtors, which was a plus for us. Renee is extremely personable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to see our house in person, so Renee provided us great detail, videos, and answered all our questions, whenever we had them. We also worked with Stephanie Bushnell who promptly provided us necessary documentation and notifications in conjunction with Renee; she was incredibly helpful also. Even though Stephanie provided some of the documentation, Renee never handed us off to other co-workers we weren't familiar with; we always delt directly with Renee, which was great. Our very first Zoom session was on 9 April and by 9 May, we closed on a home.
