I started receiving notices from Robert because I had requested information through the Condo.ca app. Subsequent to that I would receive notifications of listings. When I identified the one I wanted to obtain as rental, he took me through the steps of what to consider and allowed me to make the decision to move ahead with it. He then connected with an agent who was a lead in that area and I am happy to say I got the best deal on both the price and moving in date. - P Theodore
