Roger and Nina did sell our home successfully, but there were several things that bothered me about there approach. First, they counselled us to reject an offer that came in at asking price because they felt that we could get an even better offer. We did not eventually get a better offer. Second, they verbally promised that they would do a video tour of our house to help increase it's profile: they did not keep this promise. Third, they went on vacation during the time that our house was being sold. They should have informed us of this before we signed our agreement, as we likely would have went with another agent. - F
