During my divorce, we hired Roy to sell our home in Deer Park. I moved out of state while my ex remained local. From the start, Roy communicated solely with my ex, consistently leaving me out of the loop. Despite my repeated requests to be included, he continued to ignore me. I had no idea when meetings took place, what was discussed, or what decisions were made. Roy provided almost no feedback from potential buyers—his only update was that they “weren’t interested.” To make matters worse, he showed the house despite a dirty cat box being left in the basement by my ex. I later discovered that potential buyers had complained about the smell, yet he never informed me. Instead, he shifted the blame to the house cleaners, even though it was never their responsibility to remove it. I regret using Roy to sell my house. I do not recommend him. - Heather
