Sam is a fantastic Realtor. We began browsing properties in early 2024. We were planning on buying within a year or two and wanted to see what was on the market and educate ourselves on the process of property purchasing. Sam guided the negotiations and once a price was settled, he was there every step of the way. The closure date was towards the end of May so a lot of the steps needed to be completed in a timely manner.
