Nicole referred me to Sandeep Singh to help my find my home. What I enjoyed about the process is Nicole and Sandeep would answer all my questions and requests throughout the process. There is not a day where they would not answer my questions. They would provide me an unbiased professional opinion on all my homes needs. The key difference for working with Nicole and Sandeep is accountability, there always available to answer you questions anytime. They would answer my texts anytime during the day and follow up with me to see how things are going with my search. You want a realtor not only understanding your needs but also following up with you to make sure you’re on track to buy a home. b) Business Communication From reviewing all businesses of realtors in Winnipeg, the key differentiation about Nicole Hacault and Sandeep Singh’s business is their real estate communication. I follow them through social media, and they always educate buyers and sellers about the real estate market. They have short videos of weekly market statistics which educate the buyers and sellers of the trends of pricing and availability of the Winnipeg real estate market. They also provide tips for buyers and sellers when entering the buying and selling stages of real estate. This in my opinion is they key differentiation when picking a real estate agent, not only do they provide strong communication with the client but also providing real estate education for the public. They’re providing invaluable knowledge to people to make informative decisions when buying a home. Conclude and Advise Overall, Nicole and Sandeep provided constant communication during the buying process and provided valuable support about all my real estate needs.
