I had very awkward encounters with this agent. She is very sweet at the beginning, but not a good agent to work with. As time progressed she became very unprofessional and awkward.

Very nice at first meeting. However, must be micro-managed, poor negotiation skills and poor communication. Did not do much other than schedule showings. Unprofessional comments and behaviour also make for an overall very awkward and uncomfortable experience.
