Sarah worked vigorously with me for a year we searched Vernon.. Mara lake.. Sicamous.. west Kelowna.. I had estate problems I could not buy until a year later ( this was unexpected) we then kept searching these areas for anything I thought could be a possibility.. it was during a difficult time to purchase we were faced with multiple biding wars which I did not want to get involved in.. some home sold within hours of listing I had no chance.. Sarah took time with me to show me everything from condos.. to cabins to houses .. Sarah recommended areas I never heard of.. I wasn’t sure which road I wanted to take.. being a single lady I decided no strata fees some were quite high & it was scary if some would need upgrades down the road and I would have to put our lots of money.. In the end I decided to look a couple hours away .. Sarah offered to refer me to that area specialist as she did not know the market well enough she felt for me to get my monies worth in value . Sarah answered st my phone calls.. texts..emails promptly.. clearly & professionally making sure my questions or concerns were answered in detailed replies.. Sarah carried her own flash lite and went into attics and basement crawl spaces & made note of anything she didn’t like or understand and directed these to professionals for answers it was like she was buying the house for herself.. Sarah ride a roller coaster with me for over a year always offering alternative solutions if the path we were taking hit a dead end.. I have interviewed about twenty agents over the years, and Sarah was the most prepared of any. She showed up at our first meeting with everything from comparable listings to topographical maps of our property and ratings of the local schools. She was professional, informed, flexible and fun. We wanted to take advantage of a sellers' market and sell as quickly as possible. There was a slight miscommunication on listing date, but Sarah immediately got on it, contacting ten photographers before she found a talented pro who took stills, video and drone shots. He even photoshopped our pool - which is awaiting a new liner - to show the property at its best. We had four days of showings and received six offers over asking! We couldn't be happier. We were away during the showings and Sarah was here every morning to make sure my pots were receiving extra water in the 40 degree heat. Sarah has also put us in touch with a lawyer to handle the sale. Closing will be in about seven weeks but we know we can call on her for anything we need until that time.
