Sarah worked vigorously with me for a year we searched Vernon.. Mara lake.. Sicamous.. west Kelowna.. I had estate problems I could not buy until a year later ( this was unexpected) we then kept searching these areas for anything I thought could be a possibility.. it was during a difficult time to purchase we were faced with multiple biding wars which I did not want to get involved in.. some home sold within hours of listing I had no chance.. Sarah took time with me to show me everything from condos.. to cabins to houses .. Sarah recommended areas I never heard of.. I wasn’t sure which road I wanted to take.. being a single lady I decided no strata fees some were quite high & it was scary if some would need upgrades down the road and I would have to put our lots of money.. Sarah answered st my phone calls.. texts..emails promptly.. clearly & professionally making sure my questions or concerns were answered in detailed replies.. Sarah carried her own flash lite and went into attics and basement crawl spaces & made note of anything she didn’t like or understand and directed these to professionals for answers it was like she was buying the house for herself.. Sarah ride a roller coaster with me for over a year always offering alternative solutions if the path we were taking hit a dead end..
