This Review is primarily directed towards Agent Satnam Sidhu who is an associate at SGG.
We listed our house for sale in April 2025 with an agent from CIR. We had many showings over the week it was listed. On the night we reviewed offers, Mr. Sidhu repetitively message our agent to the point of being a nuisance.
Once we made a decision on offers it turns out that Mr. Sidhu's clients were successful with a "No Conditions" offer. There were a few items added in the addendum section- 2 viewings with buyer and agent 24 hours notice, prepossession walkthrough, house clean- standard items.
The week before Mothers Day we were contacted for a visit on mothers day at 5pm. We denied as we are coming home from camping and need to get ready for the week. A visit at 3 pm was agreed upon. On May 11 (mothers Day) at 320pm, our neighbors ask if we are having a party at the house. There are 15 people and a small white dog in our house (contract says 2 people only), being represented by a realtor that is not known to us or our agent. The visit was captured by our from window camera. When Satnam is asked about the people, he responds with "My father passed and i was not there, but someone was in his place and he will find out." We were never made aware of a change in Agent visiting the house and Satnam never made an attempt to let us know he wasn't there. As our agent tried to get more info Satnam became harder and harder to reach. The lock box opening report showed Bhawan Banipal gained access to the house without permission. Satnam eventually explained the situation after 24 hours and said " it was only 10 people and the dog was left in the car." Completely untrue and i have video with 15 people and a dog. He follows up that comment with "If this was my listing, my clients wouldn't see the issue." This is clearly disrespectful to the owners. Satnam needed to be reminded numerous time by our agent to forward lawyer documents for the sale. As a result we denied all visits including the prepossession walkthrough. This was agreed to by the sellers and buyers.
The day before possession we get a message requesting a walkthrough at 1152am. We denied this request. At 4pm the same day we get a phone call from our realtor inquiring about a walkthrough. We voiced our concerns and after discussion with the lawyer it was decided that the Buying agent and the Selling agent (with no one else) could visit on the day of possession for 10 minutes at 11am. Our realtor agreed but Satnam never did.
Satnam is truly a terrible and disrepectful realtor. Either he has not been taught properly by mentors or he is completely clueless. He has no respect for property and time of others. A quick search shows he has been in the game for quite a while and he should know the processes required. The fact that his actions made us feel insecure in our own home is in excusable and all he has to say is "sorry, it wont happen again." Yeah right, how many times has he done this and never got caught. The part that really makes me made is he did all this and i STILL paid him. He screwed up, gave a half attempted apology and still willingly took the money. He should have made things right with reduced commission or covering our legal fees.

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
