I do not recommend Scott Green. He's useless, lazy, uneducated, lost, sketch and slow. I cut him off after the 2nd time we talked, he stressed me out. He's not worth anyone's time unless you like going in circles and getting nowhere. - Malik

I strongly recommend Scott Green. He's the best agent I have ever had. I had a lot of transactions before but none of my agents where as helpful as Scott. He spent a lot of time searching for a nice place for me and he was always there when I had a question. He is professional in his job and he knows what he is doing. If you want to buy a residential place in Toronto use him as your agent. - Afi

I would never recommend Scott Green (416-543-0929) to anyone. I’m a first time homebuyer and he made home searching a stressful, discouraging experience; he was lazy, rude and full of attitude. I ended up doing all the searching online and provided him with my list of properties I wanted to view. I also ended up picking him up and driving us to all the appointments. At the end, I decided to go with a newly built condo I had been eyeing for months. When I told him this he got offended that I was going there alone and insisted he come with me, I guess to collect the commission from the builder. Because I knew Scott for quite some time I let him manipulate me, he is good at that. He is not a very attentive agent so if you need to find your dream home he is not your guy. - paulina
