We used Shawn's services for a period of time and ended up moving on with a different agent. Shawn was not pro active, often lacked basic information I expect a realtor to know (Can I cut that tree down? Is the local school French Immersion?). When viewing a house Shawn would reserve his judgment until hearing ours and then reiterate our comments. There are many reasons we ended the relationship with Shawn and are happy for it. - Cameron
