Too many thngs to list. I will not recommend her and will be buying my residence, vacation properties, rental properties and business through someone trustworth, and not back stabbing

Sherri is dishonest and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the listing. Go elsewhere.

Find someone else.

I was looking for an agent in order to purchase a home. She was rather nice when I originally talked to her. She told me she always answers her phone unless she is with a client or on the other line but would immediately call back. I was an out of town buyer and my house sold very quickly and I needed to buy. I called her numerous times and left messages for a week. She never returned my calls and I ended up having to get another agent last minute to show me properties. Later her assistant called me back because she couldn't even be bothered to followup. I can't imagine if I had signed a contract with her to sell one of my properties. Definitely don't sign with her. Her customer service is terrible and lacks professionalism.

By far the worst agent I have ever met. Sherri is completely irresponsible with the selling of my home. First she did not even both to put up a sign at my house for a week. She scheduled an open house to coincide with another in my neighbourhood. She did not show up and could not be bothered to call me. I had to call her assistant and ask why no one was there 2hr after it was scheduled. She still didn't even have a sign up. When she finally decided to put a sign up it was a temporary sign hanging from my balcony. There was a storm and the sign flew off and scratched my door. I e-mailed her a picture of the damage and she still has not responded. I will never use her nor recommend her. She will not be selling my house!!!
